Five stars all around. Front desk and breakfast staff were courteous, but the real shout-out is to whoever cleaned the rooms. I carefully inspected around the room with a blacklight to detect any bed bugs or even any latent fluids and found nothing. I am extremely impressed and will book this place next time I need to do a long road trip!

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. Conrad checked us in and was exceptionally helpful and kind. He walked a luggage cart to a side door for us. The rooms were clean and inviting as well as spacious. The pool was clean and warm as was the hot tub. The breakfast was tasty with not only good food (waffles, eggs, sausage, biscuits/gravy, oatmeal, soda machine, etc) but also great service by Jared who was hand wiping high chairs and checking in with guests. Will certainly be staying here again.

Friendly and helpful staff from checking in to checking out. Good location, Very clean and quiet rooms away from the noisy highway. Great hotel for travelers, it has everything you need for good nights rest.

We stayed one night last week as we were driving back to Colorado. The property was clean and quiet. The complimentary breakfast offered a nice variety for everyone. The room was clean and in good shape. The front Desk Clerk at check in was exceptional. We would recommend the Fairfield for anyone needing to stop in Kearney.

Nice hotel. Clean. Room was fine. But don’t expect to get any sleep. Walls/floors are thin, could hear water trickling all night and people walking above us all night. What in the world are people doing up at 3am. To the drunk woman who pounded on our door and others in the hallway between 1-2am, thank you for putting your needs before everyone else’s and waking everyone up. We were exhausted after a long drive and had only just checked in at 10pm. Needed sleep. Called the front desk and they were attentive. Got 1 hour of sleep and we left 6am. Not much to do about other hotel guests so I know it’s not the hotel’s fault, reason for 3 stars.

Goal was to be close to the highway to continue with road trip. Rooms were large, bathroom was large, staff were helpful, restaurant (not part of property) was across a parking lot with many menu options (Cunningham)

Good clean hotel. The hot tub was actually hot!!! Beds comfy. The room was spacious and the staff super nice. Breakfast was AMAZING. The only downside was that The toilet stunk a little like it wasn't cleaned properly.
